Turns out I function best when I take two Brain Wave gummies in the morning with my lemon water. For me, performance mushrooms are the type of thing that when I take them, I may not necessarily notice, but if I don't take them, I FOR SURE notice. You get to know your body, ya know?
Mushrooms have helped me take care of anything the day asks of me. I have attention 'difficulties' in general, and these things help me IMMENSELY. The brain fog rolled in REAL thick when I got Covid, when I first learned about the benefits of medicinal/functional mushrooms and have tried it in a variety of forms- coffee, powder, capsules. Five years later, the fog is still a concern - unless these here gummies are on board.
They have six of the varieties that I have found to be helpful - specifically the Lion's Mane (brain), Reishi (stress/sleep), Cordyceps (endurance), and Turkey Tail (immunity/gut). In a delicious little treat, not a powder to be added to anything or a pill to swallow. Other products just haven't checked all those boxes for me. Coupled with a good night's sleep, a little exercise and some yoga, I am way more productive and focused when I consistently take Superfood Mushrooms. I even finished writing this review in one sitting! #gome
Brain Wave also helps me be more chill when my students get a little wonky (wind, rain, sugar, moon phases, The Force, whatever). #IYKYK
